1. Acceptance

By using Kor Da (korda.pk), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Platform

Kor Da connects property owners (Hosts) with guests seeking short-term accommodation. We provide the platform, CNIC verification, Safepay escrow payment processing, and dispute resolution.

3. Host Requirements

• Must be the legal owner or authorised agent of the listed property
• Must provide accurate CNIC for verification via NADRA Verisys
• All listing information must be accurate
• Kor Da charges 8% commission on completed bookings only

4. Payment & Escrow

All payments processed through Safepay (SBP-licensed) in PKR via EasyPaisa (03495620844), JazzCash, card, or bank transfer. Guest payments held in escrow until 24 hours after confirmed check-in. Direct off-platform payments void all protections.

5. Platform Communication

All communication must remain on Kor Da until booking is confirmed. Sharing personal contact before confirmation is prohibited and voids escrow protection.

6. Disputes

Guests may file disputes within 24 hours of check-in. Contact: WhatsApp +97471259576 or ah5909931@gmail.com. Kor Da's decision is final. Escrow held until resolved.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes resolved in the courts of Islamabad Capital Territory.
